8. Eat fruits and vegetables
Dietitians sometimes recommend adding fruits and vegetables to our daily diet to prevent dental problems. Strawberries and pineapples are proven fruits that help remove tooth stains. A mixture of baking soda and strawberries can remove stains. Simply mashing up some strawberries and mixing them with baking soda is a great substitute. A similar method of eating pineapple has the same effect.

Brushing with powdered activated charcoal can help remove coffee stains from your teeth.
